Returns & Refund

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact our support team at support@zuomeng.shop to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your return package.
3. Ship the package to the following return address:

Shipping & Restocking Fees:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Restocking Fee: $0 (no restocking fee for eligible returns)

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days from the date the return is received.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. Please follow the same return process.

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled before shipment.
• Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process if you wish to return the item.

Notes:

• Only items shipped from the United States are eligible for return.
• All returns must comply with the above policy to ensure a full refund.
